The large versatile cooker allows you to cook a wide variety of meals using its 42 pans. The doors and racks can be easily removed for cleaning purposes. The doors and sides are insulated. The inside corners have a curved radius which allow for a thorough cleaning. The large cooker cooks about 500 dozen tamales in 3 hours and 45 minutes. When cooking barbacoa less than 5% of the weight is lost, compared to a 15% loss in a head steamer. Dimensions of the large steamer are 70” High x 69” Wide x 24" Deep.
The small steam cooker offers the same features as the large cooker. The small cooker has the following dimensions of 70” High x 25” Wide x 24” Deep. The small steamer cooks about 165 dozen tamales in 3 hours and 45 minutes and comes with 14 stainless steel pans.
